Message from President

Master Hiron John Master John believes TaeKwon-Do is about much more than self-defence and the practicing of a Martial Art. It develops discipline and confidence in the individual and opens a gateway to many life skills including earning a black belt, considered to be equivalent to an educational degree. A great way of showing the world and future employers your commitment to see tasks through to completion and beyond.

My name is Master Hiron John from England. I am 8th Dan Black Belt in Teakwon-Do and 2nd Degree in Aikido. I have been doing martial arts for the past 37 years. I am presently a member with the International Linked Martial Arts, the ILMA and also an International & National Referee. I have won several medals in Teakwon-Do championships in and outside of England. I am also the present Taekwon-Do Coach and Founder of ILT TaeKwon-Do.

Master John started Martial Arts when he was 10 years old and then he went on to study Karate, Judo, Boxing, Wing chun, Tai Boxing, Kick Boxing, Aikido and then finally settled in TaeKwon-Do in 1983. Now Master John follows the traditional path laid down by the founder of TaeKwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, and is the UKTI President.
